REPORT ON EINSTEIN CLUB ACTIVITY

The Einstein Club organized an engaging and informative activity titled " Know your Roots" on 19 April 2025, with the objective of helping students explore the origins and evolution of scientific thought throughout history.

The event began with a brief introduction by the club coordinator, who emphasized the importance of understanding the foundational ideas that shaped modern science. Students were then taken on a fascinating journey through time, exploring the contributions of ancient civilizations such as the Greeks, Egyptians, Indians, and Chinese in fields like astronomy, mathematics, physics, and medicine.

The activity featured:

• Presentations by students on early scientists and philosophers such as Aristotle, Archimedes, Aryabhata,  Galileo Galilei, and Sir Isaac Newton.
• Interactive Models and Charts demonstrating ancient scientific instruments and experiments.
• Group song by students on discoveries in the field of science.
• Speech by the student on importance of science.

The students participated enthusiastically, and the event successfully sparked curiosity about how science has grown from its early roots into the vast field it is today. The principal appreciated the initiative and encouraged students to continue exploring scientific ideas beyond the classroom.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Club Incharge, acknowledging the efforts of all members, volunteers, and faculty.
