Suposhit Bharat, Sakshar Bharat, Sashakt Bharat’ (Nutrition-rich India, Educated India, Empowered India), emphasising the importance of nutrition, education, and empowerment in building a healthier and stronger country.

§  Aim:

o    This integration aims to create an integrated nutrition support program that enhances the content, delivery, outreach, and overall outcomes of nutritional services.

o    The primary focus is on promoting practices that improve health, wellness, and immunity against diseases and malnutrition.

 

Talk on Healthy Food

1-9 September 2023

 

All the class teachers from classes I to XII organized an activity “ Talk on Healthy Food “ in their classes where in students were informed about the nutritious value of different fruits and vegetable. A related video was also shown to students .

Students promised to adopt a healthy diet by taking a pledge in the morning assembly. The whole school participated in it enthusiastically.

 

 

Creative Hands

11-16 September 2023

 

                        

 

Bringing class to cuisine, With this motto different activities were conducted in the second week of Poshan maah. Students Prepared delicious and nutritious cuisines of different regions. They had also shown their creativity by making beautiful posters, slogans, drawing on Poshan Maah. An ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION was also organised in which the students pen down their thoughts on healthy diet.

Awareness Week

18-23 September 2023

 

Awareness is the only way to educate students and public regarding Malnutrition and Balanced diet. To spread awareness in school and community a Rally and Nukkad natak were organised in and aroud school premises.

Various other activities like questionnaire survey, Speech, Poem recitation were conducted in the school.

 

Nourishing Body and Soul  Week

25-30 September 2023

 

By taking the time to nourish our minds, bodies, and souls, we can cultivate resilience, improve our overall well-being, and enhance our quality of life. Remember, self-care is not a luxury or indulgence; it is a necessary component of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Energetic activities like YOGA, MEDITATION, MINDFULLNESS were conducted in the school for teachers and students which helped to reduce stress and improve concentration.
