REPORT ON CAMPAIGN DRIVE BEHIND PREVENTION AGAINST MALARIA

“ IF YOU THINK YOU ARE TOO SMALL TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TRY SPENDING THE NIGHT WITH A MOSQUITO”

The CAMPAIGN DRIVE against MALARIA was commemorated at CHHOTU RAM PUBLIC SCHOOL on WEDNESDAY 4th of MAY. The purpose was to spread awareness against the fatal disease of MALARIA. A NUKKAD NATAK was organized by the EINSTEIN CLUB which made students aware about the CAUSES & SYMPTOMS of MALARIA & made them acquainted with the PREVENTIVE MEASURES for the same. Capturing the theme of 2022 given by the World Health Organization “HARNESS INNOVATION TO REDUCE THE MALARIA DISEASE BURDEN AND SAVE LIVES”, the students from classes V to X enthusiastically participated in Skit, Speeches, Poem Recitation, Poster Making Activity, Discussions, Talks and sharing awareness
messages. They sang melodious songs, performed various roles of PARASITE
(MOSQUITO), recited motivational poems along with inspiring speeches, made beautiful posters with slogans, etc depicting it’s importance in maintaining our good health, thereby making the world a fairer and healthier place to live in.
The celebration fulfilled it’s objective of developing a deep understanding of the life – threatening illness, via creating awareness among people before travelling to an at- risk are.
